Welcome to my new system for submitting appropriations requests. Please provide as much information as possible to assist me. After submitting
the requested information, you will then have a chance to transmit any additional documentation in Word or PDF format.
At the end of this online process, you will receive an email confirming your submission. If you don't receive a confirmation email within an hour,
please call my office at (202)224-4654 to ensure it was received.

Instructions
Please fill out these forms as completely and accurately as possible.
If you are making multiple requests, please submit a separate request for each project. Multiple requests from the same
entity must be ranked in priority order across all appropriations bills.
When asked which appropriations bill the request would best fall under, choose the single best option. We will make the
determination if a project can be funded under a different bill, agnecy, or account.
For your reference, here are the primary criteria I use to consider requests:
- Demonstrated need - does it create jobs?
- Requested by group with proven record
- State, local or private matching funds
- No multi year projects (except transportation)
- Not the first funding source
- Is there a federal or state grant program that could fund your requests?
Requests cannot be considered if they haven't been received by the following deadlines:
- Friday, March 2, 2007 for ALL bills except for Commerce, Justice, and Science, and Foreign Operations
- Friday, March 30, 2007 for Foreign Operations
- Friday, April 13, 2007 for Commerce, Justice, and Science
